Hair trends that make a statement
We love passing the time scrolling through TikTok and watching some of the latest hair fads. So let’s look at 8 TikTok Hair Trends We Love and that have blown our minds. You're probably aware that shaggy, 70s-inspired haircuts have made a comeback. Celebrities like Miley Cyrus have popularised the mullet, which was formerly considered one of the most cringe-worthy hairstyles. However, a new take on this vintage look has surfaced as the fiercest look yet: the wolf cut.
The Wolf Cut
A wolf cut is a creative version of a mullet. It's inspired by the choppy texture of a mullet and has a similar pattern and shape, but it's softer and more wearable than a mullet.

It is a hairstyle that has more volume around the front and top portion of your head. It goes gradually thinner and has a lot less volume down the end. It is a difficult cut to achieve, but it’s easy to maintain.
A wolf haircut gives your curls more volume, shaping your face beautifully and is very cool to cut. Anyone can fit this style quite comfortably. Having shorter layers at the top works well with long hair.

Go for some pop of pink highlights to make this look playful, feminine, as well as flirty. Women of any age can try to recreate this gorgeous wolf hairstyle.
High contrast colour blocking
When you don’t have a specific hair colour in mind, why not go for colour blocking? We love to use two tones that give a hallow effect. Why stick with a one-colour your whole life, when you have the freedom to make a change and really go for it?
If you’re unsure which colour that will work for you - ask one of my favourite colourists at Stanely & Co Hair.
High contrast colour blocking can range from two or multiple colour tones to give your hair dimension.
Black and Silver Platinum
It has become a trend to colour blonde hair to black, which is somewhat a dangerous trend. Especially if you don’t get it done professionally. We love the colour black with some silver platinum colour blocking highlights. Although it’s a considerable commitment, when done professionally can give you an amazing look. If you’re thinking of going black - make sure you book in with your next hair cut and let’s make sure it can work for you.
Super short hair
Shaving your head with a number 1 or 2 doesn’t mean you avoid getting your hair coloured. We love breaking the rules. Try a new tone to take it up a notch to a whole new level. Freedom and liberation come with this hair trend. You can use any colour you want, be adventurous to give you a super cool and or adorable look.

Bleached bangs
Whether your hair is on the darker side of blonde or brown wanting to go much lighter - it’s quite a cool hair look.
It can brighten your face, and it sharpens your facial features. So anyone who has long hair can try this haircut and complete their look more incredible than ever.

Sexy 90s hair
Long and bouncy hair for the 90s hair trends is making a comeback.

Think big bouncy layers or face framing layers are making a comeback if you're not ready to get into the shag cut.
This style can be super sexy when you add a few tones that frame your face.

Curtain bangs
Remember those awkward school memories when your mum made you get bangs. So many celebrities and influencers are now getting the classic type of curtain bangs. It is something that inspires that 60’s time era which makes it so much cooler on TikTok. Curtain banks are a chic and natural looking option of combining side and front bang styles.
